Agencies and freelancers resell our WordPress care as their own. We cover updates, backups, monitoring, security and day to day support across every site you manage, we deal only with you, and your client never learns we exist.
5,000+ sitesalready under management, so whatever your client's site is doing, it is rarely the first time we have seen it.
Engineers on shift 24/7/365Not an answering service taking a message. Someone who can actually fix it is awake and working.
Our own serversIn London and Dallas. Hosting problems are ours to fix rather than something we escalate and wait on.
Nothing outsourcedThe person working on your client's site is on our payroll and stays with the account.
How whitelabel support works.
Four steps from your site list to a service you can put your name on.
You send us the list
Every site you look after, with its hosting and its quirks. How many are on the list is what sets the rate, so you know the cost before you hand anything over.
A spreadsheet or a bare list of domains is enough to start with
The rate comes off the number of sites, not off what we find inside any of them
Three sites opens a partner account, ten moves you onto volume rates
Tell us the hosting and the known quirks so nothing catches out whoever picks it up
We slot in behind you
Your sites go into a partner portal that only you can see. We deal with you and with nobody else, so as far as your client is concerned you are still the one doing all of it.
One portal login covering every site you have with us
A support address on your own domain, if you would rather clients raised jobs directly
Logins collected once and stored properly, so you are not digging them out again later
If a client ever contacts us by mistake, we hand it back to you instead of replying
We work in the background
Updates tested on staging, daily backups, monitoring around the clock and fixes when something breaks. It runs on your schedule, not ours.
Core, theme and plugin updates rehearsed on a staging copy before the live site sees them
A full backup every 24 hours, 50 days of restore points, covering files, database and email
Uptime and security watched all night by somebody who is awake to act on it
Small fixes absorbed into the plan rather than billed back to you line by line
You read the report in the portal
Every week a summary lands in your portal for each site. Nothing is emailed out and nothing goes anywhere near your client, so what they are told about the work stays yours to decide.
One summary a week per site, waiting in the portal rather than sitting in an inbox
What was updated, what was held back, what broke and what we are keeping an eye on
Written in plain English, so you can lift what you need for your own client update
Only you ever see it. We do not hold your clients' addresses and we do not ask for them
What it costs you.
You pay us the partner rate and charge your client whatever your retainer is worth. The margin is yours.
3 sites and up
Partner rate, per site
from £17.50per site, per month
The same care plans we sell direct, delivered without our name going anywhere near your client. Partner accounts start at three sites.
Send the list with what each site runs on and we will come back with a rate for the whole portfolio, plus anything we would want to sort out before taking it on.
Volume rates apply automatically as sites are added, so your margin grows with the portfolio rather than needing renegotiating.
Optional add-ons.
Per site, on top of the partner rate, added and removed whenever you like.
Hourly backups
£20per site, per month
For sites where a day's worth of lost work is a real problem. Shops taking orders through the night, membership sites, anything with users submitting things you cannot recreate.
A full backup every hour instead of every 24 hours
Still kept for 50 days
Restores handled by us, same as always
Patchstack security
£5per site, per month
Vulnerability protection for sites carrying plugins you cannot drop, or client data you would rather not have to write an email about.
Firewall and virtual patching. Known plugin and theme vulnerabilities are blocked before they can be used, so a hole stops being exploitable without waiting on the plugin author to ship a fix.
Activity log. Every login, install and suspicious action recorded, so when something looks wrong you can see who did what and when.
Premium hardening. A further set of restrictions layered over the defaults, tightened again by the way our own servers are configured.
Malware scanning. Automated scans across your site files that flag injected code and backdoors, rather than waiting for a visitor to find them.
What you stop having to do.
The work that fills an agency's week without ever appearing on an invoice.
Chasing updates across accounts
Logging into thirty dashboards to press the same button, then finding out afterwards which one it broke.
Being the out of hours contact
A client's site goes down on a Saturday and you are the only person who can do anything about it.
Explaining a hacked site
The conversation nobody wants, usually about a site you built two years ago and have not touched since.
Hoping the backups exist
Discovering at the worst possible moment that the host keeps seven days and the problem started nine days ago.
Hiring for WordPress cover
Carrying a salaried engineer to handle maintenance that is real work but rarely a full week of it.
Being the single point of failure
Every client site depending on one person being available, which stops being a plan the moment you take a holiday.
Optional
The hosting is ours, and it is included.
Move a client onto our servers and it costs nothing extra, because we own the hardware top to bottom. Need to leave one where it is? The plan covers that site exactly the same, just on their host instead of ours.

Our UK fleet, for clients whose visitors are British or European. Owned outright and maintained by the same engineers who answer your Slack messages.

Live
Dallas, United States
Our US fleet, for clients with an American audience. Identical hardware and the same team, picked per site so the server sits near the people using it.

Hardware we own outright
Nothing rented and nothing resold. When a disk needs replacing we replace it, rather than raising a ticket with a provider and waiting on their schedule.
NVMe storage throughout
Every site runs on NVMe rather than spinning disks or shared network storage. It is most of the difference between a WordPress admin that responds and one that crawls.
Premium connectivity
Multiple transit providers into each location, so one carrier having a bad afternoon does not become your client asking you why their site is slow.
Cloudflare set up and supported
Caching, firewall rules and SSL configured per site by us rather than left on defaults, and supported afterwards as part of the plan.
DNS managed by us
Records held and changed on request, so a client's DNS is not stranded with whoever registered the domain years ago and has since stopped replying.
Email accounts included
Mailboxes on the client's own domain, set up and supported by us, with no separate bill arriving for them later.
All of it sits inside the per site rate, so there is no separate hosting bill for you or your client. Staying on your own hosting is fine too, and the rate does not change either way.
Backups run daily, and we keep 50 days of them.
Long enough that a problem nobody noticed for a month is still recoverable.
Every 24 hoursA full backup per site, taken automatically. Nothing to schedule and nothing to remember.
50 days retainedFifty separate restore points, so you are not limited to undoing yesterday.
Files, database and emailThe whole site, not just the database. A rollback puts back what was actually there.
We do the restoringAsk us and we roll the site back, usually in minutes. You are not clicking through a panel under pressure.

Where we stay invisible
Your client only ever sees you.
Whitelabel is worthless if it leaks. The point of it is that the client believes their agency looks after their website, because as far as they are concerned, it does.
So we put it in writing. We do not contact your clients, we do not appear in anything they receive, and we do not approach them if your arrangement ends.
Not from us. Everything we produce, reports included, sits in a partner portal that only you can open. We do not email your clients, we are not named in anything they receive, and if one contacts us directly we pass it back to you rather than replying.
What do I charge my clients?
Whatever your retainer is worth. You pay us the partner rate and set your own price on top. Most partners charge two to three times what they pay us, because they are also selling the relationship and the accountability, not just the maintenance.
Where are the sites actually hosted?
On our own hardware, in London and in Dallas. We pick the location per site so the server sits near the audience, and because we own the machines rather than renting cloud capacity, replacing or upgrading something is our decision rather than a support ticket with a third party.
Is hosting an extra cost on top of the partner rate?
No, and it is not compulsory either. Managed hosting sits inside the per site rate, along with DNS management, Cloudflare setup and email accounts on the client domain, so there is no separate bill to absorb or pass on. If a client has to stay with their current host, whether for contract reasons or their own preference, we look after the site there instead and the rate is the same.
How often are backups taken, and how long do you keep them?
A full backup of each site runs once every 24 hours and we keep 50 days of restore points, covering files, database and email. If a site needs hourly backups instead, that is an add-on at 20 pounds per site per month, still kept for 50 days.
How many sites do I need to start?
Three. That is the minimum for a partner account, and most freelancers start there with clients they already look after. Volume rates begin at ten sites.
Who does my client contact when something breaks?
You, and you pass it to us. Some partners prefer we handle requests directly through a support address on their domain, which we can set up instead. Either way the client is only ever talking to your brand.
Can you take on sites you did not build?
Yes, and most of what we take on we did not build. The rate is the same whoever built it, because it follows the number of sites you have rather than what we find inside them. If one arrives in a poor state we tell you what it needs and get it stable, which is part of taking it on rather than a separate bill.
What happens if I stop working with you?
You take the sites with you. There is no contract and no notice period, we hand over hosting and backups, and we do not approach your clients afterwards. That last part is a term of the agreement.
Do you handle urgent problems too?
Yes. Partner sites sit ahead of direct customers in the queue. Anything on a plan is covered, and one-off emergencies on sites that are not are handled through urgent WordPress support.
Stop being on call for every client site. We will run them under your name.
