    Will my site go down when you move it over?

    No. Your site stays online throughout. If you want to go through the detail before we start, talk to us on live chat or give us a call.

    Can you help me configure my nameservers and DNS?

    Yes. Send us the details from your current registrar and we will either do it for you or walk you through it, whichever you prefer.

    How soon do you start after I subscribe?

    What happens if you cannot fix it?
